Postpartum Rehabilitation Classes

Led by experienced practitioners, these group exercise sessions offer a progressive approach to healing, focusing on the core, pelvic floor, and overall body.

Welcoming babies and children to join their mothers, our classes provide a supportive environment for both physical recovery and bonding. Feel free to bring your little ones along without hesitation!

Our classes are 1 hour in duration and will be held once per week for 4 weeks.

We recommend initiating the program at least 6 weeks postpartum for optimal results. 

What does our Postpartum Program address?

  1. Pelvic floor rehabilitation
  2. Safely returning to fitness after childbirth
  3. Building confidence and strength
  4. Healing diastasis recti (abdominal separation)
  5. Enhancing posture
