Postpartum Mom & Baby Rehabilitation Classes

Discover the transformative journey of our postpartum mom and baby rehabilitation classes, designed to empower women by dispelling the misconception that certain symptoms are an unavoidable aftermath of childbirth. Led by experienced practitioners, these group exercise sessions offer a progressive approach to healing, focusing on the core, pelvic floor, and overall body.
Welcoming babies and children to join their mothers, our classes provide a supportive environment for both physical recovery and bonding. Feel free to bring your little ones along without hesitation!
Our classes are 1 hour in duration and will be held once per week for 6 weeks.
We recommend initiating the program at least 6 weeks postpartum for optimal results. All participants are required to have an initial assessment with one of our chiropractors prior to the start of the series.

Our upcoming series dates are:
Mondays: Feb 24 – Mar 31 2025, 10:30-11:30am
Wednesdays: Feb 26 – Apr 2 2025, 10:30-11:30am
Thursdays: Feb 27 – Apr 3 2025, 10:30-11:30am

- Pelvic floor rehabilitation
- Safely returning to fitness after childbirth
- Building confidence and strength
- Healing diastasis recti (abdominal separation)
- Enhancing posture
- Minimizing or eliminating unwanted leaks
