About Shivamaran Thillairajan

Shivamaran Thillairajan is an active and dynamic individual with a passion for health and wellness. Having faced and overcome a number of injuries, Shiv has developed a profound understanding of resilience and the human body’s capacity to heal.

Shiv completed a Specialized Honours of Science degree in Kinesiology from York University, demonstrating a strong foundation in the study of human movement and physical activity. This academic achievement was followed by the completion of a Registered Massage Therapist certification, further enhancing Shiv’s expertise in promoting physical well-being.

In addition to these qualifications, Shiv has a keen interest in holistic health practices, which underscores a comprehensive approach to health and wellness that goes beyond conventional methods. As a fitness enthusiast, Shiv actively engages in various forms of physical exercise and is particularly passionate about ju jitsu, dedicating spare time to mastering this martial art.

With a blend of scientific knowledge, practical skills, and a holistic perspective, Shiv is committed to helping others achieve optimal health and well-being through informed and integrative practices.
